ILKESTON, STUDIO EXTENSION

The Studio will provide self-contained independent living for their son. The son currently lives with the parents in a 3 bedroom Bungalow. The existing garage will be demolished to allow for the proposed studio to be built. The project required careful spatial planning and constant dialogue with the client to ensure the bespoke design delivers on the brief.
