NOTTINGHAM, WEST BRIDGFORD, RESIDENTIAL REMODEL

A residential remodel consisting of a ground/ first-floor extension. The project will add approximately 35m² to this home.

The ground floor remodel will consist of an open plan kitchen, living and dining space as well as a wet room. The first floor will see one of the three bedrooms extended future proofing the home.  The thoughtful and sensitive design process has allowed the studio to met the client’s requirements of openness and natural light while maintaining layers of privacy.
