DERBY, HEANOR, Single Storey rear extension

The brief was to replace the existing conservatory for a more habitable single-story extension which integrates into the landscape. A simple yet striking design has been proposed which is to be built using SIPS panels. The project has received planning and is currently under construction. The studio has worked from RIBA stage 0 (brief) to 5 (construction) and will continue to oversee it till handover.
