NOTTINGHAM, BEESTON, SINGLE STOREY REAR EXTENSION

The brief was to look at options of ground floor re-model working within permitted development rights. We have proposed a rear extension providing a kitchen dining room with a study room in the current kitchen space.  The brief has been developed through a series of face to face conversations which has allowed for the correct balance of space to be formed.

The project is currently at RIBA stage 03. The studio will continue its involvement till handover. The services will include interior design, mechanical, electrical and structural co-ordination as well as all detailed construction drawings.
